SIGLENT SDS5000X series digital oscilloscopes are designed for high-performance testing needs. The series offers an analog bandwidth of 350 MHz to 1 GHz, a sampling rate of up to 5 GSa/s, and a memory depth of 250 Mpts to ensure the capture of fine signal details. Supporting a wide range of advanced features such as baud graphs, power analysis software and multiple serial protocol triggering and decoding, they are ideal for engineers and researchers.

Multi-touch, remote control
SDS5000X is equipped with a 10.1-inch touch screen, you can quickly adjust the waveform position, set the area trigger, parameter selection and setup. SDS5000X supports up to dozens of parameter measurements, and if you use the traditional knob to select, it will undoubtedly consume a lot of time, the touch screen selection, saving time and effort. In addition, SDS5000X also supports external mouse and keyboard.
Web remote control (Webserver) allows remote control of the oscilloscope without the need to install large-capacity drivers, and through the rear VGA interface, measurement results can be demonstrated. Meanwhile, SDS5000X is also equipped with free upper computer software, which supports SCPI programming commands.
Rich trigger types
The SDS5000X supports up to 11 intelligent trigger types to quickly trigger signals with different characteristics. For example, using Runt (under-amplitude triggering), you can quickly trigger at a set amplitude value.
For special signals that may require close to 20 setup steps with conventional trigger types, the SDS5000X adds area triggering to all trigger types. Complex signals can be triggered in “” one step “” by simply drawing the trigger zone box.
Trigger sources supported by the SDS5000X include 4 analog channels, 16 digital channels, EXT,EXT/5, AC Line.

The SDS5000X offers a wide range of serial protocol triggering and decoding across multiple industries.
Powerful Measurement Functions
The SDS5000X currently supports more than 55 parameter measurements. The advanced measurement function can measure 12 parameters at the same time and display the trend of parameter values in the form of a trend graph. The statistics function can be opened to display the current value of the parameter, average value, minimum value, maximum value, standard deviation and the number of statistics. And the distribution of parameter values can be displayed in the form of histogram, for example, when measuring clock jitter, you can visualize the distribution of jitter.
If you want to select a specific area for measurement, you can use the threshold measurement function and then move the cursor to select the area.
The source options for measurement include analog and digital channels as well as signals after Zoom, MATH waveforms, and Ref waveforms.
