Product Advantage

High Quality Square Wave
The SDG1000X break the 60 MHz channel bandwidth limit and achieve a high performance square wave with a dedicated square wave generation circuit.

· The SDG1000X series has a bandwidth of 60 MHz, but can output a high-performance square wave of 60 MHz.
· Rise/fall time is less than 4.2 ns
· Square wave has the equivalent jitter performance with pulse wave


Innovative EasyPulse technology
With traditional DDS technology, there will be a jitter of one sampling period when sampling rate and output frequency are not integer multiple. With EasyPulse technology, this can be solved perfectly. In addition to output low jitter Square and Pulse signals, EasyPulse tech has advantages of:

· Pulse frequency up to 12.5 MHz
· The rise and fall time can be set separately, fastest 16.8 ns
· Pulse width finely adjustable, down to 32.6 ns
· Duty cycle as low as 0.001%
· Low jitter


TrueArb Technology
TrueArb technology has advantages of low jitter and low distortion over traditional DDS technology. TrueArb technology features by output arbitrary waveforms point by point. It will not leak any waveform info and has other advantages :

· 16 kpts arbitrary waveform length, keep more details
· 14 bit vertical resolution, higher signal fidelity
· Generate and output arb wave per customer request with standard PC software EasyWave


Complex Signal Generation Capability
The SDG1000X can perform various kinds of modulations, sweeps, burst and signal synthesis. It supports internal, external and manual trigger sources.

· Support AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, DSB-AM and PWM modulations
· Support linear and logarithmic sweeps
· Support “N cycle” and “Gate” burst mode
· Support output combined waveforms of two channels. Combine signals with noise, modulated signal, sweep, burst and arbitrary waveform
· Harmonic function can simulate the synthesis process of signals
